About Us

Stack Advisors was founded in 2011 from the dynamic growth of the MSP Marathon Consulting. The concept started with the advanced script development of our LabTech™ installation. The ability of this tool was far beyond anything we had seen in the market. However, it required a high level of expertise and months of development for deployment. Most MSPs in the market today do not have the ability to have a dedicated resource for conceptualization, planning, integration, scripting, testing and ongoing maintenance.

Discussing the power of tools with colleagues and elaborating on how we were integrating it with our quoting and PSA tools, they began to ask if we would be interested in building and managing their LabTech Software™ solution for them. The process began as LabTech Advice, Management and Complete.

As we began the process we quickly realized that there needed to be a much larger solution, advising MSPs, VARs and IT Directors on how to integrate and manage the full IT Stack. Our 10 years of experience in the VAR and MSP world have taught us a lot of valuable lessons we can now share with others.

All these vendor products are amazing. They have made our lives as MSPs and VARs more efficient and the end user experience better. The issue is vendors focus on what the application can do, not what the applications should do. We help put the pieces together. Think of us as Managed Service System experts.
