The Gig:

The PSA Consultant serves as the primary support team consultant; providing guidance, recommendations, and support for our clients’ PSA solutions. Performing both consulting and support, the standard day will focus on making the PSA solution work best for the client.

To accomplish this, the right PSA Consultant will use their years of customer service and MSP experience to perform workflow changes, enhancements, reactive support, and proactive support to clients’ PSA environments. Enhancements will focus heavily on scripting and monitoring, utilizing the PSA Consultant’s years of system admin experience.

When not performing direct support and consulting, the PSA Consultant acts as a senior resource on the support team assisting and mentoring Support Specialists on day-to-day issues that arise.  Incidents are reported by one of three ways; phone, email, or the Stack Advisors portal. These incidents are tracked in a central ticketing system which, upon being triaged by the Service Manager, are dispatched to the PSA Consultant in order of priority.

Typical Day:

The PSA Consultant will work within the service team and report to the Service Manager
Provide ConnectWise Manage expertise to Stack Advisors’ clients when requested
Participate in calls with clients when requested
Provide solutions and improvements to clients based on client business usage
Communicate with technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required
Maintain process documentation and assigned project tasks
Provide internal ConnectWise Manage server administration
Make suggestions and implement process improvements within the Stack Advisors organization
Work with sales team on SOW generation when requested
Attend Stack team and company meetings as necessary
The majority of the work will be performed remotely with the possibility of travel to client sites as necessary
Documenting all work in the ConnectWise Manage application upon completion of task including all supporting system and informational documentation in the appropriate system

Three years of Client consulting experience
Minimum 1 year(s) of ConnectWise Manage experience as a user
Minimum 1 year(s) of experience as a ConnectWise Administrator
One year Project Management experience
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work eight hours a day sitting, working independently, and speaking on the phone
Travel to remote clients including out of state and possibly out of country clients
