There are a lot of great features coming in both these upgrades with the integration between the two being greatly enhanced if you are using advanced features. From what we’ve seen there are some kinks to work out and the LabTech and Connectwise team is doing everything they can for a speedy fix.

It is always nice to exchange ideas with colleagues and peers. The TBG conference was a great opportunity to discuss our new pricing models and get honest and positive feedback. The model is sounds like a great fit for any MSP and we are excited to start rolling it out.
