ConnectWise Automate Remediation
Remediation is an important first step. Most ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech) systems are not properly updated or maintained. We patch the software, optimize ports and network configuration and adjust the MySQL settings for maximum performance.

Service Plans
Your Service Plan is the core of what you offer clients. This includes monitoring, anti-malware, backups and other services. We need to understand your approach to effectively align both ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate (LabTech). A deep discussion of your Service Plans will serve as the reference point for the rest of the process.

Solution Tuning
This is the center of any integration project. Our approach to tuning uses ConnectWise Automate’s strengths. The right way to control the noise isn’t just turning monitors off. We prefer to manage monitors in groups; adjusting the alerts, mapping the categories and applying them to dedicated service boards.

ConnectWise can still function with improper settings, but that leads to lost data and, ultimately, lost revenue. While your ConnectWise Automate server is being tuned, we make the necessary adjustments in your ConnectWise Manage installation to align the settings with ConnectWise Automate.

1. System Review
Every engagement starts with the system review. We perform a full review of your ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech) by digging into both common and little-known problem areas

ConnectWise Automate checks include server specifications, database consistency, integrations, patching, layout and error log review.

In ConnectWise Manage, we look at service boards, ticket processes & status, agreements, workflow, dispatching and integrations.

2. Team Call
We complete our internal analysis and prepare for a conference call. This is when we will discuss our findings with your team, talk about recommended remediation and finalize the details of the Statement of Work (SOW) for the rest of the project.

3. SOW Delivery
With the finalized SOW in hand, we clarify the project, timelines, desired outcomesand scheduling. You can choose to complete the work as a stand-alone project or roll it into a Managed MSP plan.

4. The Project
We finalize the contract and get to work. There is an initial round of additional discovery, group calls and behind the scenes work followed by integration, tuning, and a transition into a management plan.
